Shipping Address Requirements
Instruments, amplifiers and drum kits cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes and require a physical street address.

We’re not currently offering Click & Collect, as we are open for in-store customers.
‘Change of Mind’ Swaps & Returns
At SJC Drums Australia, we understand that sometimes an item isn’t quite what you expected. We accept change-of-mind returns in line with our 30-Day Returns Policy. These conditions also apply to exchanges and swaps for any reason.
Customers are responsible for all freight costs involved in sending and returning items. As freight costs vary depending on location, please contact us before returning an item so we can advise you of the applicable costs.

Free Shipping on Most Orders Over $199
At SJC Drums Australia we offer free shipping on most orders over $199 within Australia.
Orders that may incur a shipping surcharge include:

Large or heavy items (such as drum kits, large amplifiers, cabinets, or pianos)

Delivery to remote or rural areas
Customers outside Australian metropolitan areas should note that free shipping may not be available for certain rural or remote locations.
If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible after checkout. This may result in a partial shipping charge or, in some cases, an order being refunded and cancelled if our courier services cannot service your area.
We apologise in advance if this affects you and encourage you to contact us prior to checkout if you’d like more information.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically take 1–5 business days to arrive once they leave our warehouse. If there is any delay, we’ll contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may be longer for rural or remote areas.
If you require delivery by a specific date or have any concerns, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Re-delivery Fees
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Couriers charge re-delivery fees for failed deliveries. If re-delivery is required due to customer error, a flat fee of $50 AUD will apply before re-delivery is arranged.
‘Return to Sender’ Costs
If an order is returned to sender, you may be liable for courier fees for both the original delivery and the return shipment. These costs will be deducted from your final refund.
Please note: while items are insured from SJC Drums Australia to the customer, we cannot offer the same insurance coverage for change-of-mind returns back to the store. If an item is damaged or lost in transit during return shipping, we cannot accept liability and recommend pursuing compensation directly with the courier.
Items Damaged in Transit
At SJC Drums Australia, we take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, just as if you purchased it in-store. Every order is carefully checked and packed before dispatch.
If you receive a damaged item, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible — that’s our commitment to you.
If damage is visible at delivery, it must be noted on the driver’s scanner, delivery manifest, or proof of delivery. If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, please notify us within 24 hours. When contacting us, include your name, delivery address, and a brief description of the damage.
For items damaged in transit, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate. Any additional freight costs will be covered by us.
